Calorie-Cutting Cornbread

Adapted from the cornbread recipe seen here: http://dhftns.com/protein-cornbread-recipe-low-fat-high-protein/

1/4 cup Almond Breeze Vanilla Unsweetened Milk
3 Tbs All Whites Egg Whites
61g unsweetened apple sauce
8 oz Greek Gods nonfat plain yogurt
20g old fashioned oats- blended into flour-like powder
99g cornmeal
1/2 Tsp salt
30g MGN Whey Isolate Protein Powder- Vanilla
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Tsp Immitation Butter
1 Tbs Walden Farms Syrup

Totals (1/6th): 115 cal, 12g Protein

Preheat oven to 425F
Cooked in oven for 20min (still a bit moist in the middle, may try putting the mix in a muffin tin next time)
